1General Terms & Conditions

BS99 is an online gaming and betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh and select regions. • Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure.

KYC Verification

BS99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate copy. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3Deposits and Payments

• No service charge on deposits.
• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.

4Withdrawal Policy

A member's account must be fully verified before any withdrawal from BS99 can be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–5 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
